What are the most popular budget makeup brands?
It comes as no surprise to hear the names; L’Oreal, Maybelline, and NYX appear to be the top three. These three brands are both affordable and produce quality products. If you’re looking for brands to build up your makeup collection then at least one of these brands is going to work for you.

That said, another company that made our top list but not our top three was Revlon. Revlon is a big name that technically owns a lot of subsidiary companies. The original company has been producing makeup in America since 1932. While some of these subsidiaries are just Revlon in other countries. They also own other brands like the luxury brand; Elizabeth Arden.
Another popular brand that deserves a mention is Rimmel. While make-up enthusiasts aren’t searching Google for the brand as often as the others we have already listed, they are certainly a house-hold name thanks to their frequent TV advertising featuring well known supermodels such as Kate Moss.

While you can trust both L’Oreal and Maybelline for skincare, other brands focus only on our skin. Skincare is often something that people think they need to spend a lot of money on to get good quality products. But that’s not the case.
