In her interview, Amy talks about how acting in ‘Sharp Objects’ affected her.
In playing Camille in Sharp Objects I think that was the first time I’ve ever explored my own sadness on a very deep level. I’ve done it in pieces in film but never those depths inside of a character – the depression and sadness. To feel that vulnerable was really scary.”
