Following up spring’s military inspired outing, Marc Jacobs created a collection of opulence that served as a tribute to Diana Vreeland—the late Vogue editor-in-chief. The collection began with a series of constrained silhouettes in navies matched with form-fitting gloves. The Jacobs woman wore an Eastern inspired top knot with dark berry lips. Shapes from the 1940s are borrowed with a clash of colors and textures. Fur adorned patchwork jackets, trenches get embellished in crystals while paired with sheer skirts. As for accessories, bags feature leopard prints while shoes feature blocky heels as boot or clog styles.
