Earlier this year, Gucci showcased its cruise 2017 runway show at Westminister Abbey. Playing off themes including bulldogs, the Union Jack and punkish plaid, the season’s campaign celebrates England even moreso. Lensed by Glen Luchford, British actress Vanessa Redgrave fronts the advertisements alongside models Hannelore Knuts, Ellen de Weer, Sophia Friesen, Nika Cole, Dwight Hoogendijk, Nick Fortna, Conner Rowson and Victor Kusma.
The images were shot on location at Chatsworth House—the home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, according to Fashionista. In addition to the print advertisements, Luchford also captured the film. Set to the tunes of The Undertones’ ‘My Perfect Cousin’, the actress and models are captured around the expansive estate, riding horses, running with geese and playing on swings.
