  1. This just reminded me of everything I _don’t_ like about glam rock fashion.

    Also, hair… ugh.

That black and white one is stellar. The rest is a little awkward for me. I don’t dislike it. I just don’t love it. I love her, but she looks weird in this editorial.

  4. She fits the script. I just would’ve loved to see that black and white shot as a more emotive, powerful portrait. She looks like she’s singing a soft ballad instead of screaming her guts out. I may be the only one but I think that would’ve worked quite well.

  5. I LOVE Freja, I LOVE Inez and Vinoodh, I LOVE Melanie Ward and I usually don’t post negative comment even when I don”t like. But this is a real FASHION DISASTER for vogue Paris. With a team like that they could have do something casual chic like only vogue paris has the secret to do it perfectly. Everything is so wrong here… It s really killing me.

  8. VP is starting to remind me of VI. weird. meanwhile, the photo with the mirror…freja’s face looks amaaazing

  9. Why are they messing this up so much, from the whole rock idea to her to die for hair!

  10. Why why & WTF are they transforming her in such an horrible way?…!! Freja is obviously one of the most beautiful models ever, and her face is just… perfect.
But editors always have dressed her unconventionally: geisha, naked, naked and naked, here in a rockstar who put a cracker in her hair…
I’m fed up, this is a beauty waste!!!
Please, give Freja, rather than strange one, wonderful editos!

  11. It’s just too obvious and that’s why it looks false. David Bowie meets Keith Richards? I dont’s think so, this editorial is cheap and just wrong. Freja derserves something better than bad hairdo and feather boa…

  12. i agree but even with the BW picture, remove the tacky microphone and its beautiful, with it it looks so tacky, this looks like a students first idea they tried to implement and almost got it but it is not finished, i love I&V and everyone involved aghhh its annoying its bad.

  14. Perhaps people aren’t crazy about it because it’s a bit ‘off topic’ shall we say for Inez and Vinoodh. People love the black and white one because it feels like classic I&V. Am I right?

i think its just a little stale, nothing fresh or unexpected, or even fashion-y about it, and the pics don’t even seem to go with eachother. that being said, Freja is one of the sexiest lesbians on this planet and i will enjoy anything that she is in, very much including the 3rd pic from the top.
