From bodices to high collars to long capes to puffed up sleeves, the designers bring the drama but without going too costumey. Fresh off the announcement that one-half of the design duo, Maria Grazia Chiuri, will leave the brand to presumably go to Dior, it is one of the most impressive couture collections yet. For evening, rich jacquards as well as sheer chiffons and wool serve as the luxe fabrics for fall couture.
