    • I agree. Something about it feels like a test. Maybe its the fact that the photos are off center, or that it looks like Tati did the hair/makeup herself. I understand where they were going with this. It feels unconventional, but sacrifices professionalism. There were probably better shots.

  1. The dior and elie saab were beautiful shots, but the rest looked like she was playing dress up with her mum’s (very expensive) clothes. and I like the frame of elie saab shot, I can imagine living in my paris apartment over looking paris!

  3. yuck.. snap shot for the sake of snapshot is not aesthetic, its not like Jurgen railing against gloss… this is just sloppy and ugly..

  7. if you think about what fashion photography is trying to achieve, highlighting the clothes, it is successful. So many editorials look like portrait sessions for the model. That's not what it's about. Look at the photos again, concentrating on the pieces, not the girl.
