Burberry’s Riccardo Tisci continues to make his mark with the brand’s fall-winter 2020 collection. The artistic director took inspiration from his time as a student in London. Fall juxtaposes elegant, ladylike ensembles with more streetwear inspired looks. The Burberry woman wears sleek outerwear, mid-length skirts and tailored suiting for daytime. More youthful styles mix plaid prints along with draped silhouettes as well as reinvented rugby t-shirts. Casting includes stars of today with Gigi Hadid, Irina Shayk, Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid. Evening wear turns up the shine factor with sequined embellishments as well as sparkling fringe.
