    • Well, considering the longevity of her career in this industry, many photographers disagree with you and so do I- I think Missy is a very beautiful woman.

    • “Ugs”? Really?

You have your opinion and thats fine, atleast express it bit more eloqently.

And also, long successful career in fashion kinda disproves your comment.

  1. As I was told by a certain agency I met with, “you are too pretty for this industry”. Models have to have a certain feel and look beyond just being pretty. Missy is a very stunning woman, maybe not classically pretty but her job requires her to be more than that. I like her look personally although I can see why some people may object. She has a great energy though and we should, at the very least, respect the fact that she – along with every other model – is willing to put herself out there as an object to be discussed, and to present, through her face and body, certain feelings and expressions.

  2. The styling here is off the charts. Love it. And I agree with Kathryn. I think Missy is unique and that seems to be more important than just “pretty” in modeling.

  4. Blows my mind the way we criticize other women based on terms of what might be perceived as “beautiful” or “pretty”. Physical appearance and beauty is completely in the eye of beholder. Fashion industry, especially high fashion, LOVES edge and provocation, and cookie cutter, toothpaste selling, catalogue like face just wont cut it anymore. You need something that makes you stand out. Carbon copies are one too many out there, girls like Missy are a treasure to be appreciated.
