For spring-summer 2017, Givenchy’s Riccardo Tisci looked to nature and spirituality for a collection full of colorful prints and sleek tailoring. Models hit the runway in mandala and agate prints as well as oversized necklaces with equally large geode slices. Besides these grounded touches, Tisci also showcased stripes and polka dots for a whimsical mix. Elsewhere, the designer played with frayed fringe and high necklines. On the more menswear inspired side there were tailored suits with flared trousers as well as long vests. Finishing the Givenchy woman’s looks are backless heels with lace-up fronts and ankle-length socks.
