Stylist Rachel Wayman selects a mix of crisp shirting, swimsuits and leisurely separates for the blonde to wear. Carly Roberts worked on creative direction for the shoot with Alan White on hair and Kellie Stratton on makeup.

In her interview, Elle talks about working with ex-husband Gilles Bensimon on her recent BODY campaign. “I knew I wanted to work with Gilles. He was such an important mentor for me growing up, and we created some very strong imagery together for ELLE that I feel is still relevant, even today. I knew that he would understand the kind of images I wanted to create. So we talked for many months… it was a real collaboration between him and me, and it also felt like a full circle, from years of him booking me for jobs, to me being able to book him.”
