Prada Takes On the Classics for Spring 2020

Published on September 19, 2019

Miuccia Prada focuses on wardrobe essentials with shades of retro for Prada’s spring-summer 2020 collection. With a runway show presented during Milan Fashion Week, designs focus on ladylike silhouettes pairing long sleeve tops and midi length skirts. Additionally, suiting separates take the spotlight with relaxed blazers as well as loose-fitting pants. Dresses are lightweight and breezy including romantic pleating and ruffles. Geometric prints, botanical embroideries and velvet fabrics bring some texture to the season. A diverse cast includes today’s modeling stars like Kaia Gerber, Adut Akech, Gigi Hadid and Sora Choi.
