Dolce & Gabbana Focuses on Layering for Fall 2020

Joanna Elizabeth / Published February 24, 2020

Dolce & Gabbana focuses on craftsmanship for its fall-winter 2020 collection presented during Milan Fashion Week. A runway show opens with all-black looks complete with oversized cardigans and robes as well as lingerie inspired pieces. Ladylike yet sultry, sheer skirts are worn with lace-up boots, crossbody bags and bow-adorned kitten heels. Prints include polka dots as well as blooming red florals. Embroidery takes the spotlight with silk roses, sequin accents, delicate lace and chic macrame. Accessorized with newspaper boy caps and large beanies and charm-adorned jewelry, the Dolce & Gabbana woman is all about layers upon layers.
