Young Guns – Zara enlists up and comers Kirstin Lijegren, Ondria Hardin and Tilda Lindstam for the fall 2013 campaign for its younger line TRF. Patrick Demarchelier photographed the trio on gritty city streets with styling by Marie-Amélie Sauvé. The girls evoke nineties grunge in baby doll dresses, fish nets and leather ankle boots. In the City – We have an exclusive first look at M Missoni’s fall 2013 campaign starring model Kirstin Liljegren. The advertisements were shot on location on the streets of Barcelona by Dutch photographer Viviane Sassen. The influence of the new collection references glam female musicians of the 70s and 80s such as Blondie, Annie Lennox and Patti Smith. Art direction was done by Johan Svennson of W Magazine while hair stylist Mark Hampton and makeup artist Shinobu were on beauty. Check out the official campaign film underneath the cut.
So Simple – Photographer Honer Akrawi’s latest story for Danish publication Eurowoman features Kirstin Liljegren in a minimalist wardrobe including selects from Balenciaga, Céline, Acne, Top Shop and H&M. Wheels of Fire – Balenciaga campaign girl Kirstin Liljegren shows off her rebellious side for the May cover shoot of Cover Magazine. In front of Hasse Nielsen’s lens, Kirstin hits the junkyard in the casual cool selects of Emelie Johansson featuring the work of Isabel Marant, Missoni, Bottega Veneta and others. Tousled tresses by hair stylist Cim Mahony and understated makeup by Zenia Jæger give the bad girl some edge.
Balenciaga Kids – Balenciaga taps a cast of model newcomers for its spring 2012 campaign shot by Steven Meisel. The new season features Juliane Gruner, Laura Kampman, Rosie Tapner and Kirstin Liljegren in a disarrayed hotel room setting. Styled by Marie-Amelie Sauvé, spring’s rigid silhouettes and clean lines are juxtaposed with messy hair by Guido Paulo smudged eyes by Pat McGrath.
