Ellery Pre-Fall 2014 – Marking its first pre-fall collection, Ellery focuses on a mix of structure and softness for a season of contrast. Designer Kym Ellery riffs off of the classic tailored suit jacket with the addition of feminine ruffles, funnel necklines, sprinkles of gold buttons and oversized silhouettes. This season, the color palette is all about monochrome with everything ranging from the deepest of black to rich navy and powder pink.
That Lady is a Vamp – Hannah Holman gets her fangs out for the fall 2012 campaign from Australian-based label, Ellery. Photographed by designer Kym Ellery, Hannah dons the new season’s metallic fabrics and sculpted shapes with a vampish allure.
Ellery in Paris – Kim Noorda stars as the face of Ellery’s resort 2011 campaign shot by Darren McDonald. Under creative direction from designer Kym Ellery, Kim takes to Paris for the summer with designs inspired by David Hockney’s 1963 painting–”The Second Marriage”. Muted hues and structured silhouettes are complemented by mussed tresses by Romina Manenti and understated makeup by Tiina Roivainen.
Spring Cleaning – Daniel Nadel photographs the enigmatic Ilona for the premier issue of The Ellery Gazette, a an eponymous project by the Aussie fashion label Ellery. Sporting the ivory hues of the summer collection, Ilona wears flawless makeup and mussed hair by Isabella Schimid in the studio portraits.
Australian label Ellery recently relaunched its website for the fall 2011 season and with it, comes a new campaign starring Ashley Smith. For the autumn, designer Kym Ellery was inspired by Marie Antoinette and the fictional family of the Royale Tenenbaums. The unusual pairing comes to life with the collection titled, “Tenenbaums in the Tuileries”.
