Miley’s Moment–On a hot streak for fashion covers, Miley Cyrus lands the March issue from Vogue Germany. This follows up already her appearance for LOVE and W Magazine. On the Vogue cover which is photographed by Mario Testino, Miley channels a modern day Marilyn Monroe with blonde curls and wearing bright red lipstick.
