After last season’s Berlin location, Gucci heads to Tokyo, Japan for its fall-winter 2016 campaign. Glen Luchford captured rising stars of the modeling world including Petra Collins, Lia Pavolova, Mae Lapres, Sofia Friesen and Yan Kumra in the colorful advertisements. From a traditional tea house to the busy city streets, the whimsical looks such as pastel color fur coats and rich brocades stand out. The images are cinematic with styling by Joe McKenna, embracing creative director Alessandro Michele’s bold vision. Gucci also unveiled the official campaign video featuring captions like “no need to worry” and “looks like you’re lucky”.
