Chanel Cruise 2015—Landing in Dubai, the theme of Chanel’s cruise 2015 show is a modern take on orient romanticism with an outing of airy fabrics and voluminous silhouettes. Models hit the catwalk in ensembles befitting of a desert queen with dramatic shapes and eye-catching embellishments designed by Karl Lagerfeld. The shape this season is demure with cardigans layered over long tunics and baggy pants while hair is audacious. Teased to the max and adorned with sparkling jewels including crescent moons and the interlocking Chanel Cs; cruise juxtaposes the refined with the bold. Evening wear embraces black looks, two which feature a paillette decorated version of the Dubai skyline strewn across the bottom of a ballooned hemline.
