Down Town Girl – Sasha Pivovarova channels vintage Madonna looks for the June-July issue of Vogue Paris. Wandering the streets in layered ensembles from the likes of Dries van Noten, Yves Saint Laurent and Marc Jacobs styled by Joe McKenna–Sasha is a true chameleon in Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin’s ultra cool photographs.

I disagree, now it takes me longer to get to the editorials. I now have to select “editorials” instead of just going on my bookmark and scrolling down. Just like ebay and facebook, changing is NOT for the better. There was nothing wrong with it before, i used to go on it every single day….but now now.

I am so in love with this.  The setting, the photography, the styling and the choice of Sasha makes the whole thing strangely charming.

Great capture of Madonna’s Downtown New York look. And like Madonna who can wear literally anything and make it look good, so can Sasha, so great choice for this editorial.
