Turkish Delight – Heather Marks makes her mark on another Turkish magazine for December with the latest cover of Harper’s Bazaar Turkey. In front of Koray Birand’s lens, the Canadian beauty is a regal vision in sparkling dresses from the likes of Matthew Williamson, Michael Kors, Stella McCartney and Balmain styled by Mert Aslan.
