The Kids Are Alright – In front of Lachlan Bailey’s lens, Bambi Northwood-Blyth channels classic Calvin Klein ads with Kate Moss and Mark Wahlberg for the June-July cover shoot from Harper’s Bazaar Australia. Posing alongside Jack Vanderhart, Bambi dons the relaxed stylings of fashion editor Jillian Davison in the studio portraits.

  2.  yeah i think it’s awkward too… probably because there’s really no pretense of the shoot being about clothes.. and i feel like i need to crane my neck to catch some of the angles!

  3. Hmmmm, it’s kind of awkward for some reason. It’s obviously not about the clothes, but it could have really benefited from having more clothes.

  4. The inspiration behind this shoot is vintage CK ads from 1992 w/ Kate Moss and Mark Wahlberg. Reading the comments here, it seems that most people don’t get it lol.

  5.  Bambi is an interesting girl, but her attempt at re-creating Kate Moss’s iconic CK adds looks plain and lacks the charisma of the original

  6. Pretty sure the story is influenced by Brooke Shields circa 70s: post adolescent ck ads, Endless Love and Blue Lagoon movie era… eyebrows, youth, sex…ummm…pretty iconic back then!
