  1. I'm normally anti all the airbrushing, but they needed to photoshop poor Sasha's eyes. I think she is beautiful, but she looks so worn out/run down here:( She looks like the love child of Dakota Fanning and Skinner from Kell on Earth.

    Totally disagree… I think the 'worn out look' may be purposeful, and if not, it works very well in the shoot.

  11. The worn-out look is actually a refreshing change of pace, and it compliments this story. Her stuff is moody. Yelena Yemchuk is one of the more underrated photographers out there.

  14. i appreciate that it’s all natural but how she’s managing her tired eyes draws away from the fashion. first time i looked at these all i noticed were her tired ‘i was out really late the night before eyes’ and didn’t once look at the fashion.

    i dont find this to be good ‘fashion photography’

    in my opinion the b+w should have more contrast to it
