Butterflies take center stage in this series of Self-Portrait fall 2023 images, embodying a sense of delicate grace. Whether she’s adorned in a gold sequin crop top with a matching mini skirt or wrapped in a white boucle jacket and pleated mini skirt crafted by Han Chong, the brand’s creative director, Hadid’s beauty shines through.
This isn’t Hadid’s first time posing in Self-Portrait; she previously fronted their spring and pre-spring advertisements, consistently portraying the brand’s aesthetic with grace. Recently, she has also posed with Miu Miu’s Arcadie bag, adding to her extensive portfolio of high-profile collaborations.
For the Self-Portrait shoot, Marie Chaix brought her styling expertise, while Soichi Inagaki and Sam Visser handled hair and makeup, respectively, creating a perfect and understated look. Art direction by Ed Quarmby ensured a cohesive vision that will surely make this campaign one to remember.
