With the help of fashion editor Polina Aronova, Blaise creates a tranquilly beautiful shoot with The Holiday Lolita. The springtime story captures model Marloes Horst as she spends a day relaxing in resort-ready outfits featuring pieces from Jil Sander, Givenchy and Prada.

With the end of 2009 approaching, it seems only appropriate that Fashion Gone Rogue would spend the month of December covering the best of fashion photography from this year. With topics ranging from model duos to nature in fashion photography, there is a lot of ground to cover. And what better way to start than with a quick review of Vogue Nippon‘s covers? Photographed by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, each of the twelve images feature some of the industry’s most talked about models.

Although the cover has yet to surface, the January 2010 edition of Vogue Nippon has started with a bang. For the new year, photographer Angelo Pennetta was tapped to bring his refreshingly candid style to a shoot featuring rising star, Dree Hemingway. Styled by Francesca Burns in an innovative mix of pattern and texture, Dree takes a sight-seeing trip to London’s Trafalgar Square in “The Day She Saw the City”.
