Gucci Eyewear’s 2022 campaign, which takes place on a tour bus, pays homage to the open road. House ambassador Ni Ni and singer Lou Dillon wear rock and roll inspired designs complete with faux fur, a studded corset, and lingerie detail. Ni Ni’s image is captured by Luo Yang, while Thurstan Redding photographs the other advertisements.

Oversized round frames take the spotlight, complete with chain details and interlocking G accents. Creative director Alessandro Michele draws inspiration from the 1950s and other decades to create a collection of statement sunglasses. Ni Ni has appeared in a number of eyewear campaigns for the Italian brand over the years, beginning with 2017.
Both a home away from home and a creative studio, turning miles and miles of road into a musical refuge, the tour bus becomes the backdrop of the campaign for the first release of the 2022 eyewear collection. Two parallel stories are portrayed in a cinematic style, one with actress and Global Brand Ambassador Ni Ni, the other with singer Lou Doillon accompanied by a band of characters.
