Zimmermann channels vacation season vibes for its resort 2022 collection titled: The Postcard. Creative Director Nicky Zimmermann takes inspiration from 1950s inspired silhouettes made modern by pastel, ombre coloring. Fit and flare dresses, baggy trousers, and resort shirts stand out in the collection.
There are also Zimmermann’s signature tiered skirts, puff sleeves, and painterly prints on full display. A number of designs use the artwork of James Northfield, which made famous Australian travel posters in the mid twentieth century.

For headwear, bucket styles, as well as scarf-adorned sun hats, complete the look. Matching sets and fringed adorned dresses are available for more formal moments.
“For this Resort season I wanted to create a collection that had a real sense of joy and escape. Looks that embodied all those great feelings and memories of a wonderful holiday – the anticipation, excitement, fun and laughter,” says Nicky Zimmermann.
