Jane Fonda is an American actress. The daughter of actor Henry Fonda and socialite Frances Seymour Brokaw, Jane was destined to be a star. She started acting at a young age, appearing alongside her father in the 1954 play ‘The Country Girl’. Jane would go on to appear in films such as ‘Barbarella’, ‘Monster-in-Law’, ‘Klute’ and ‘9 to 5’. Jane became an anti-war activist during the Vietnam War. In the 1980’s she became a icon of aerobic exercise. In the 1990’s she retired from acting but would later return. In 2015, she starred alongside Lily Tomlin in the Netflix show ‘Grace and Frankie’. In 2006, Jane Fonda signed on as a brand ambassador for cosmetics brand L’Oreal Paris. She also graced the covers of fashion magazines like W Magazine, Marie Claire US, Vogue US and V Magazine.
