Kate in Dolce–Promoting her new film “The Other Woman”, top model Kate Upton, appeared on the red carpet for the movie’s Los Angeles premiere held yesterday. The blonde recently made headlines after refuting a story that claimed she did not appreciate her body. At the event, Kate wore a sparkling dress from Dolce & Gabbana and paired the look with glittering gems and silver shoes.
Earlier this week, The Sun released an article where Kate Upton allegedly talked about not being a fan of her breasts and that she “wished she had smaller boobs every day of [her] life”. Well, the American model took to Twitter earlier today to clear it all up. “Unfortunately, what was said about my body is completely made up to try and drum up controversy where there is none.” She continues, “Like every woman, I have moments of insecurity, but I love and am proud of my body — every part of it — and wouldn’t change a thing.” So long story short, Kate loves her body and wants us to know that she never wished to have clip on boobs.

Despite being a major part of her claim to fame, Kate Upton revealed in a recent interview with The Sun that she wishes her breasts were smaller. “I wish I had smaller boobs every day of my life,” she tells the publication while promoting her new film, “The Other Woman”. “I love to wear spaghetti tops braless or go for the smallest bikini designs… Every single day, I’m like, ‘Oh, man, it would be so much easier,’ especially if people didn’t constantly bring them up… If I could just take them off like they were clip-ons.” The Sports Illustrated model who posed in Zero Gravity says one of her co-stars has the ideal body. “In my eyes, Cameron Diaz has the perfect figure.”
Kate in Christian Siriano–Attending the Netherlands premiere of her new film “The Other Woman”, Kate Upton channeled fifties glamour in a look from Christian Siriano’s fall 2014 collection. The blonde bombshell, who was recently named an ambassador for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, wore a pinned updo and paired the look with a nude makeup palette.
Following up the controversial cover choice, the April issue of Vogue US features something that perhaps won’t be so polarizing. Kate Upton (who was recently named the face of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics) shows off her amazing figure in a fashion spread photographed by Mario Testino. In addition to the striking photographs where she models looks from the likes of Stella McCartney and Versace styled by Tonne Goodman, the article talks about Kate’s impact on social media. “People think I’m an expert on social media,” she tells the magazine, “but I am still trying to figure it out, too. How much do you want to put yourself out there?”
Kate also opens up about not taking it too far in the sexy department. “Yes, I definitely have limits,” she says. “But I never like to say never because I feel like I’m setting myself up. There’s a line between becoming, you know, a little cheap and cheesy versus being sexy. And I try to be very careful of that line.” See more of the feature on Vogue.com.

Carol on Today’s Models–Eighties supermodel Carol Alt looks sizzling at 53-years-old, covering the new issue of Galore Magazine photographed by Jacob Dekat. The model landed campaigns for Pepsi and Cover Girl as well as starred on the 1982 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover. The American beauty opened up to the magazine about health, what it was like modeling in the era of the supermodels and her thoughts on today’s models like Kate Upton (who is a Sports Illustrated regular) and Karlie Kloss. See some images and quotes from the article below, and check out more on GaloreMag.com.
Carol’s thoughts on Kate Upton:
“I think Kate is a product of great media hype. Without Sports Illustrated, I’m not sure she would’ve made it in the industry as a high fashion model. Because she is more of a large size model. And even if I’ve seen her in person, and I don’t think she’s in any way fat or overweight or anything; she’s just more large-sized than fashion models are.
Beauty & the Beast–Following up her gravity defying, bikini clad Sports Illustrated shoot, Kate Upton shows quite a different side for a story featured in CR Fashion Book. The bi-annual fashion glossy has released a preview of a new shoot inspired by “Beauty and the Beast”. Kate poses alongside Brazilian model Marlon Teixeira in covered-up fashions styled by Carine Roitfeld in the Karl Lagerfeld snapped spread. The blonde beauty is shown wearing classically styled looks from the likes of Celine, JW Anderson and Pringle of Scotland in the dramatic shoot.
Kate Teams Up with Neff–Headwear label Neff teams up with Kate Upton for a capsule collection of two beanies. It’s for a good cause too. Ten percent of the profits goes to the charity, Stand Up To Cancer. Kate models the beanies in a series of portraits where she wears comfy sweaters and casual jeans to go with the headgear. It’s certainly a drastic change from her recent Sports Illustrated shoot that had her modeling bikinis in zero Gs.
