New mom and actress Eva Mendes looks back in shape as she graces the April 2015 cover from Women’s Health Magazine. The star poses in an all white look for an image photographed by Ben Watts. In her interview, Eva opens up about her diet and fitness routine, saying, “I realized a long time ago that I needed to have some kind of routine,” she says about her fitness plan, which features running and interval sprints. “I don’t love it, but I’ve made peace with that.”

On her diet, Eva reveals, “I haven’t eaten meat in about six years, because I don’t agree with factory farming here,” she says. “This is just what worked for me, it’s important to say, but when I cut that out I immediately felt better. And also, after a year of eliminating it, my skin looked brighter and healthier overall.”
