The Year of the Tiger serves as inspiration for Gucci’s new collection celebrating 2022. Photographed by Angelo Pennetta, models pose alongside tigers in a series of luxurious images. The line includes ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear decorated with the majestic animal.

Standout designs by creative director Alessandro Michele include a bucket hat, printed maxi skirt, and tiger illustrated graphic t-shirts with interlocked Gs. For footwear, canvas printed sneakers, as well as leather loafers, impress. Christopher Simmonds also works on art direction for the shoot.
“Tigers were photographed and filmed in a separate safe environment complying to Gucci’s policies and then featured within the campaign,” the brand shares about the shoot.
“In celebration of the holiday, different versions of the animal define a curated selection of ready-to-wear and accessories—highlighting the multifaceted nature of the Gucci universe. Rich with significance for the House, the animal expresses the Creative Director’s fascination with the beauty of nature,” the fashion label shares.
