Gucci heads back to the 1990s with its Holiday 2020 campaign. Photographed by Mark Peckmezian, a diverse cast poses at an office filled with shimmering garland and retro computers. Creative director Alessandro Michele’s designs feature floral print dresses, chic knits, and metallic blazers. Finishing their looks, models wear sequined bags as well as embellished slides. Christopher Simmonds works on art direction on the shoot with a film directed by Akinola Davies Jr.
“When the clock strikes five, Gucci-clad co-workers transform into festive clubgoers. In between joining the conga line the colleagues unwrap gifts from the line-up, including wooly GG jacquard scarves and hats, and GG Marmont bags and the Gucci Tennis 1977 sneaker in multi-color metallic sequins,” Gucci states.
