A Look at MAC x Prabal Gurung–A preview from the upcoming fall makeup collaboration from MAC Cosmetics and Prabal Gurung has been released via WWD. The collection which hits stores on November 26th in the US will feature lipstick, lip glasses, eyeshadow, eye pencils, bronzing powder, cream color and a buffer brush priced at between $20 and $70.
The line’s packaging is gold and inspired by the work of Nick Knight and more. “I wanted the packaging to be beautiful — so beautiful that when a woman takes it out of her purse, it becomes a topic of conversation. I design [apparel] at a luxury price point, and I wanted to make sure that the product that I came out with — particularly as this is my first foray into beauty — was in sync with my brand,” Gurung told the news publication.
