Lara’s Comeback–Last year, Dutch model Lara Stone took a break from the fashion scene due to her recent pregnancy. But for 2014, Lara is coming back in a big way thanks to her recent L’Oreal Paris contract and now her Vogue Paris cover for the magazine’s March issue. With a headline reading “Femme Fatale”, Lara poses for Mert & Marcus in a red hot image where she shows off her blonde tresses.
Paris Girl – Landing her second Vogue cover of the year, Emily DiDonato graces the February issue of Vogue Paris wearing a look from Dior’s spring-summer 2014 collection. The American beauty poses for David Sims in a closeup shot while wearing an insignia-decorated jacket. Beckhams on Vogue – For its December-January 2014 edition, Vogue Paris taps famous husband and wife team Victoria and David Beckham. One half of the couple, Victoria Beckham, also serves as the guest editor for the issue. Beckham has been on the rise in the fashion world for the past few years and recently showed her spring-summer 2014 collection in New York to a warm reception. Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin photograph the couple in two special edition covers posing in intimate photographs. The new issue of Vogue hits newsstands in Paris on December 2nd.
Gisele’s en Vogue -Gisele Bundchen is as stunning as ever on the November cover of Vogue Paris, photographed by Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin. The Brazilian babe has covered plenty of Vogue covers over the years including the Italian, Brazilian and US versions multiple times. On the cover, Gisele wears sparkling gems in the close-up shot that is perfect for the new issue which focuses on beauty and jewelry. Vogue hits stores in France on October 25th.
Edita on Vogue – It’s hard to believe, but Edita Vilkeviciute finally landed her first Vogue Paris cover for the magazine’s October issue. The Lithuanian model seems to be a favorite of the magazine’s editor-in-chief Emmanuelle Alt, appearing in numerous issues since her tenure. Past Vogue covers for Edita include the German, Chinese and Spanish editions. On the cover Edita poses for Mario Testino in a Balmain look from the label’s fall collection. The new issue hits stores in France on September 25th.
Grunge Beauty – Gracing her second Vogue Paris cover, Saskia de Brauw channels her inner grunge chick with the magazine’s September 2013 edition. The Dutch model wears what else but a total Saint Laurent look, complete with combat boots and a bikini top. Mert & Marcus photographed Saskia for the new issue which hits stores in France on August 22nd.
God Save the Queen – For the August issue of Vogue Paris, model Anja Rubik channels two British style icons–the punk movement and the Queen of England. Photographer duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin capture the Polish beauty in a series of studio images featuring layered looks from the fall collections of Alexander McQueen, Chloe, Saint Laurent and many more. Emmanuelle Alt styled the blonde who wears a half painted face by makeup artist Lisa Butler and half-dyed hair courtesy of Christiaan.
London Girl – Daria Werbowy covers the August 2013 edition of Vogue Paris, wearing a military inspired jacket designed by Ralph Lauren. The Canadian model gets accessorized with a nose ring piercing in an image photogrpahed by David Sims. The new issue, which hits shelves on July 19th, celebrates London style.
Chic Athlétique – The monochromatic trend has been done many times this season, but the June-July Vogue Paris gives a sporty twist to the look with this shoot starring Hilary Rhoda. The American beauty poses for Terry Richardson in strictly black and white looks styled by Marie Chaix. With pieces from labels such as Dior, Gucci, Moschino and Jil Sander; Hilary exudes pure glossy glamour in every shot.
