Kate on Bazaar – Actress Kate Hudson is the latest cover star of Harper’s Bazaar US, appearing on the magazine’s December-January issue. In the main editorial photographed by Alexi Lubomirski, the blonde star wears dazzling spring looks from the likes of Givenchy, Tom Ford, Alexander McQueen and Fendi. Despite wearing all these glamorous designs, Kate tells the magazine that she doesn’t buy that much high end clothing. “People think we own all these dresses,” she says, “but we borrow them! I can’t afford to buy that stuff. There are certain things I splurge on, but it’s very rare, especially when you have two kids and school tuition. I’m not a big high-end fashion shopper. I wish I could but the truth is things are just so expensive.”

In Love – For the November issue of Harper’s Bazaar US, the magazine enlists their global fashion director Carine Roitfeld for a “Romeo & Juliet” inspired story featuring models in love. Adriana Lima and singer Tyson Ritter, Miranda Kerr and Garrett Neff, Tao Okamoto and Brad Kroenig, Magda Laguinge and Corey Baptiste, Irina Shayk and Simon Van Meervenne, Bar Refaeli and Matt Terry, and Lindsey Wixson and Clement Chabernaud amongst others couple up in the romantic images photographed by Max von Gumppenberg and made with the creative direction of Stephen Gan.

Madonna on Bazaar – Madonna is the latest cover star of Harper’s Bazaar US, appearing in the magazine’s November issue. Terry Richardson photographed the pop icon in daring fashions featuring a lot of leather and black looks. In the magazine, Madonna opens up about her early days in New York City, “This wasn’t anything I prepared for in Rochester, Michigan. Trying to be a professional dancer, paying my rent by posing nude for art classes, staring at people staring at me naked. Daring them to think of me as anything but a form they were trying to capture with their pencils and charcoal. I was defiant. Hell-bent on surviving. On making it. But it was hard and it was lonely, and I had to dare myself every day to keep going.”

Miley On Bazaar – Miley Cyrus covers the October issue of Harper’s Bazaar US, wearing a Burberry Prorsum dress. The singer poses for Terry Richardson who previously photographed her for Bazaar’s September issue. Inside the magazine, Miley opens up about her style saying, “I feel like every girl is trying to have a beauty shot and prove that they’re ‘fashion.’ But I can be in white leggings and a white sports bra and I’m on a whole other level of shit that those girls don’t even get yet because they don’t know how to do it.”

Singular Beauties – Harper’s Bazaar US’ Global Fashion Director Carine Roitfeld collaborated with Karl Lagerfeld on a new shoot for the glossy’s September issue. The editorial features a diverse range of women including actresses Scarlett Johansson and Dakota Fanning as well as models like Lily Donaldson, Karen Elson and Carmen Dell’Orefice, Liya Kebede. The story will appear in the September issue of all 29 editions of the magazine, also including the premiere Germany and Japan editions, both on newsstands in September.
