Sabbath – Models Polina Synyavska, Michelle Schermer and Alma Durand let loose in this avant-garde shoot by Alessio Bolzoni for the latest Grey Magazine. Styled by Moreno Galatà , the girls don selects from Sportmax, Charles Anastase, Marni, Miu Miu, Valentino, Etro, Missoni and Acne among others. With a touch of nostalgic autumn patterns and textures, the girls look like they’re eerily conjuring up games from their childhood.
This idea of dramatic movement always sounds good, but very rarely is executed well. Â This is alright, but not great. Â I’m also surprised to see that this is from Grey, for some reason it doesn’t strike me as something I’d see in that particular magazine.
I really enjoyed this! I especially like the fact that none of them are facing the camera, ever, it makes it feel less pose:y, and the styling is great.
