Rachel Zegler is not holding back. At just 24, she’s already starred in West Side Story and Disney’s Snow White, and now she’s taking center stage again; this time as Evita in London’s West End. She shares how anxiety nearly stopped her from functioning and how therapy and medication helped her find peace. “I wanted to function in a way that made me feel confident in the way I was moving through the world.”
