Karen Elson and her whimsical spreads for Vogue US have a long history so it comes as no surprise that the American publication would enlist Bruce Weber for a story of woodsy glamour within its March edition. Nevertheless, the result is still stunning as Karen wears a few of the most magical spring dresses styled by Camilla Nickerson and including the work of Oscar de la Renta, Michael Kors and Valentino as she bonds with farm animals.
I adore this, Karen is so wonderful and she works so well in these kinds of editorials.

The best picture is the “Enchanted Garden” picture. Sometimes photographers are more inspired by plants than people (or clothes). Would like to see an entire set like that – without people or clothes – in US Vogue sometime. Call it “Advertisement.”
