21 and Counting – Following up the news of a Ukrainian Vogue, Condé Nast International announced it is planning to launch Vogue Thailand by 2013. Former Elle Thailand editor-in-chief Kullawit Laosuksri has been named the magazine’s head editor, making him the only male editor-in-chief of all 21 editions. (The Cut)
