Ferrè’s Pared Down Spring – In a season of many prints and colors, the Gianfranco Ferrè spring 2012 collection is quite refreshing with its monotone dresses and minimal accessories. The Italian label offered up sleek silhouettes that were loose-fitting yet featured feminine curves. Most of the thirty-plus looks were cinched at the waist and showcased impeccable tailoring in hues of ivory, nude and spring brights.

Very sleek, put together & wearable – I love it all! I wish Mr. Ferre were still alive – he looked like such a teddy bear!
Some of these echo last year’s Lanvin… but yeah, that’s how you execute a clean line. Or throw a curve.
