Dancer Maddie Ziegler Goes High Fashion for Hunger Magazine

Dancer Maddie Ziegler graces the 10th issue of Hunger Magazine, wearing a check print shirt. Photographer David Roemer captures the 13-year-old star of Sia’s music videos in high fashion looks from the likes of Miu Miu, MSGM and Christian Louboutin styled by Alison Edmond. Maddie talks to Hunger’s Holly Fraser about leaving reality tv (she stars on ‘Dance Moms’ on Lifetime), dealing with fame and working with Sia.

“My lifelong dream is to get a main role in a movie, and I really hope that happens one day.”

“Well, the music videos that I’ve done with Sia are really deep and serious, very different to being on Dance Moms, and I definitely think that they have helped me with my first movie, which was much more of a drama. The videos taught me that I’m able to just put myself out there and not be afraid to be whatever crazy character I’m given.”

“I don’t really look at my Instagram or Twitter comments because people do spread rumors and make rude comments, but to be honest they’re obviously people who don’t have anything better to do than make fun of people. And I haven’t got time for that!”

Maddie Ziegler – 2016 People’s Choice Awards

In January of this year, Maddie Ziegler stepped out to attend the 2016 People’s Choice Awards. The 13-year-old dancer accepted a statue for DailyMail.com’s Seriously Popular Award. Maddie wore a printed Michael Costello dress, Dior heels and a Benedetta Bruzziches clutch bag at the event.

Maddie can also be seen in her third Sia music video for her new single, ‘Cheap Thrills’. The dancer wears a black and white bob hairstyle as she lights up the stage next to two male dancers. Check out the clip below!
