Mary Katrantzou Spring 2015–For her spring-summer 2015 collection, designer Mary Katrantzou continued where fall left off to focus on textiles rather than her previous signature of digital prints. Katrantzou found inspiration in Pangaea and Panthalassa—the supercontinent and super ocean formed hundreds of millions of years ago for the new season. With such an abstract theme, the result was a selection of wearable yet intriguing slip dresses and cocktail attire featuring fractured cutouts, lace embroideries and sheer elements. The cast included nineties modeling icons Kirsten Owen, Audrey Marney and Anne Catherine Lacroix.
