I love Cara, don’t get me wrong, she’s an amazing model with bubbly personality. I know that she’s done campaigns with Burberry before but this one is just a mistake. Horrible mistake. Why? There are few reasons for it, first one being, seeing her face everywhere is starting to be a bit nauseating. Secondly, nothing can beat Rosie Huntington- Whiteley’s Burberry Body campaign; this one is just a rather sad resemblance of it.

It is so absolutely numbing to see icon and new icon work together to make something that does such an amazing job at giving me skin-aching ennui. You’ve got an amazing maison that screams BRITISH! and a model that’s bubbly, beautiful and most importantly: has personality. Great job campaign designers, you’ve turned into a Von Neumann machine. A copy of a copy of a copy. This is exactly what it is, a perfume ad.
