Models Codie Young, Maud Welzen, Magdalena Jasek, Esther Heesch and Tilda Lindstam star in the somber images which are juxtaposed with the season’s new accessories.
Studio Star – The spring 2013 campaign from Bottega Veneta gets cinematic with these dreamy images lensed by Peter Lindbergh. Starring Freja Beha Erichsen, the advertisements were shot on location at Universal Studios in Los Angeles. The Danish beauty dons the feminine and flirty silhouettes of spring with an elegant confidence.
A French Spring – The spring-summer 2013 collection from Pierre Balmain is inspired by French glamour–namely the grand hotels of Nice and the French Riviera, the style of iconic French actress Jeanne Moreau, and the club Les Bains Douches. Model Anna Selezneva stars in the campaign and lookbook images photographed by Karim Sadli with art direction by Atelier Franck Durand. For its spring outing, the Pierre line juxtaposes graphic black and white with vibrant hues in romantic and modern silhouettes.
Awakening in a Dream – For its spring 2013 campaign, Mulberry once again taps British photographer Tim Walker for a series of dreamy images. Meghan Collison poses in a majestic Georgian mansion outside London where set designer Shona Heath crafted a pastel landcape featuring underwater and lunar imagery.
