Throwback Dolce & Gabbana–For this week’s edition of Throwback Thursday, we’re taking a look back at Dolce & Gabbana’s spring-summer 2008 campaign which featured Gemma Ward, Lily Donaldson and Jessica Stam. Silk and Cashmere – Uniqlo announced today that it will launch a silk and cashmere line of quality items. The everyday line has 18 different styles for women and starts at $39.99. American actress Chloe Sevigny is the face of the cashmere range while British model Lily Donaldson fronts the silk line. Purple Fashion Magazine Editor-in-Chief, Olivier Zahm, was the creative director of the campaign while Ryan McGinley worked as photographer for the series.
Give Me My Aldo – For its fall 2013 campaign, shoe brand Aldo taps a group of its past faces and some new ones with a lively set shot by Terry Richardson. Models Lily Donaldson, Jourdan Dunn, Jessica Stam, Ming Xi, Anais Pouliot, Florian Van Bael and Mathias Lauridsen get front and center for the studio snaps. “This season we stripped everything down to the essentials. We wanted the product to speak for itself so we brought it to the forefront of the campaign where it belongs,” explains Douglas Bensadoun, Creative Director – Vice President, Marketing for Aldo.

The British beauty poses for Hong Jang Hyun with styling by Choi Soon Young in the dynamic studio images. Whether rocking a fitted blazer or mini skirt, Lily exudes pure glamour.
