Botanica Spring–Fashion retailer Lane Crawford continues its tradition of visually inciting advertisements with its spring-summer 2014 campaign. Chinese top model Xiao Wen Ju (who appeared in the fall 2012 ads) stars in a series of imaginative images, named “Botanica”. Xiao looks almost like a butterfly wearing the amazing headpieces made in collaboration with hair designer Katuya Kamo. To coincide with the new campaign, the store will feature over 800 mannequins in a garden setting modeling spring season styles.
Fashion Travelers – Lane Crawford takes a step towards the surreal with its fall 2012 campaign starring Chinese models Ming Xi, Xiao Wen and Wang Xiao. The trio sports darkly romantic designs from the likes of Balenciaga, Alexander Wang, Givenchy, Lanvin and Yves Saint Laurent in front of Nick Knight’s lens for the luxury retailer’s new advertisements.
The Power of Three – Model Sui He, actress Li Bing Bing and it girl Chen Ran are tapped for Lane Crawford’s spring 2012 campaign, shot by Mert & Marcus. Styled by Panos Yiapanis, the trio shows off different personalities in sleek designs from the likes of Azzedine Alaïa, Alexander McQueen, Alexander Wang, Balenciaga and Céline available in the fashion retailer’s store. Season of the Rebel – Lane Crawford enlists an all Asian cast including Liu Wen, Fei Fei Sun, Ming Xi, Shu Pei and Xiao Wen Ju for its tough and sleek fall-winter campaign. Photographed by Mert & Marcus and styled by Marie-Amélie Sauvé, the advertisements will feature designs of some of fashion’s biggest names such as Azzedine Ala?a, Alexander McQueen, Alexander Wang, Ann Demeulemeester, Balenciaga, Carven, Céline, Dries Van Noten and Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci.
Celebrating its 160th anniversary, Lane Crawford enlists fashion insiders such as Anna Dello Russo, i-D Magazine, Kate Lanphear and Nina Garcia for a collaborative project featuring custom Burberry trench coats. Photographed by Pierre Debusschere, the Heritage campaign goes viral with model Rasa Zukauskaite appearing as a digital ghost in the obscured images.
