English Rose–British model Karen Elson lands yet another campaign with Kurt Geiger’s spring-summer 2014 campaign. The images were shot on location at London’s Kew Gardens and feature the brand’s first ever handbag range. “We were inspired by the contemporary English rose. Elegantly provocative, the season fuses signature London-cool with designs to suit our daily uniform and everything but the dress for the art of living,” says creative director Rebecca Farrar-Hockley.
Rykiel’s Bold Spring–The spring-summer 2014 campaign from Sonia Rykiel goes for a colorful and graphic look with these new advertisements starring British model Karen Elson. Garden Lady–Fashion label Paule Ka continues its collaboration with photographer Venetia Scott for its spring-summer 2014 campaign. British model Karen Elson poses in Los Angeles in the vintage style snaps made with creative direction by Paule Ka designer Serge Cajfinger. Captured in a lush garden setting, the season’s prints and ladylike silhouettes truly stand out.
Elson for Wu – Taiwanese designer Jason Wu enlists another iconic model, Karen Elson, for his spring 2014 campaign. Wu’s previous stars include Stephanie Seymour and Christy Turlington. Once again, Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin capture the model in super glam gowns with lingerie-inspired accents. The images were made with art direction by Patrick Li and styling by Kate Young.
Karen – Following up a series of portraits starring Gisele Bundchen, denim label BLK DNM taps British model Karen Elson for a set of images lensed by creative director Johan Lindeberg. The inspirational and influential women model the brand’s autumn-winter collection.
Lover in New York – Australian brand Lover launches its first ever campaign starring the iconic Karen Elson. The British model is a favorite of the industry’s top photographers and is also a talented musician in her own right. Lina Scheynius photographed the redhead on film in New York City for the new advertisements which feature the “Chorus” collection of ultra-feminine lace dresses.
Fall Mood – The thirties influence of Louis Vuitton’s autumn collection spills over to the fall 2013 campaign featuring an all star cast including Gisele Bundchen, Karen Elson, Carolyn Murphy and Isabeli Fontana. Photographed by Steven Meisel, the quartet poses on a moody set wearing fur jackets, silk dresses and matching short coifs which evoke a retro elegance as they lounge in a hotel room.
