Sleek and Glam – Turkish brand Ipekyol taps Andreea Diaconu for its fall-winter advertising campaign photographed by Mert & Marcus. The Romanian beauty who has previously appeared in ads for Pierre Balmain, Juicy Couture and Dolce & Gabbana delivers a glamourous appeal in the sleek outerwear and body-clinging dresses. Edward Enninful of W Magazine styled the dark-haired beauty for the studio snaps.
Positive Fashion – Designed by Stefania Fuggiano, new Italian fashion brand Abpositive, launches its fall 2013 campaign starring Gemma Surgo. The images were photographed by Giuseppe Vitariello and highlight the label’s bold metallic fabrics and color palette. Color Theory – Continuing its collaboration with London magazine editor Jefferson Hack, Italian shoe label Tod’s releases the fall 2013 campaign for “No_Code”. This season, LA-based photographer and artist Sam Falls captured the images and added a unique touch with painting and digital manipulation in post-production. The line has four styles for women based off of classic shoe styles like the Oxford shoe, desert boot and Chelsea boot. Virtual Sanity – The fall 2013 campaign from Chanel enlists Soo Joo, Chiharu Okunugi and Ashleigh Good for a series of futuristic-themed portraits photographed by the brand’s creative director, Karl Lagerfeld. The trio poses–even sometimes floating with their accessories in tow for the French fashion house’s trademark tweeds, lean silhouettes and camellia flower accents.
A New Fall – For his namesake label’s fall-winter 2013 collection, Vietnamese designer Phuong My cites Asian woman as inspiration for his latest outing. The new collection focuses on the feminine form with structural silhouettes placing an emphasis on the waist and hips. Silk makes an appearance in the season’s designs with a mix of wool silk, silk lace, opaque organza and silk net. Feelin’ Alive – Wild & Alive taps models Caroline Loosen and Barbara Fialho for its fall-winter 2013 advertisements photographed by Bjarne Jonasson of Atelier Management. The duo wears rockabilly inspired style in the glossy studio images showcasing the brand’s leather pants, plaid tops and autumnal prints styled by Lizza Freer. Hair stylist Keith Carpenter and makeup artist Eric Polito worked on beauty for the shoot.
Boyfriend Style – Mackenzie Drazan gets tapped as the latest face for Korean brand Tomboy’s fall 2013 campaign. Following in the footsteps of actress Chloe Sevigny and blogger Julia Frakes, Mackenzie exudes a casual cool in the label’s sporty and easy silhouettes styled by Michael Philouze. Off Duty Style – If you have ever seen street style snaps of models after a runway show or just going about town, then you know how cool model off duty style is. For Lulu’s latest fall lookbook, the boutique highlights classic “off duty” staples like knitwear, leather jackets and simple tees with these images photographed by creative team JUCO Photo. Models Veronica Zoppolo and Kate Harrison pose in the streets of Los Angeles wearing vegan leathers, ankle booties and crop top styles.
Marant for H&M – Before the collection hits stores on November 14th, here is the first part of the Isabel Marant for H&M lookbook starring models Andreea Diaconu, Alek Wek, Milla Jovovich, Iselin Steiro, Malgosia Bela and French singer Lou Doillon. The girls all wear the French designer’s signature boyish and rock and roll style with boxy jackets, long cardigans and leather pants that look like the perfect fall essentials.
