African Shower – The EDUN spring/summer 2013 campaign tells the story of duality and transformation through a love of beautiful clothes starring models Jeneil Williams, Julia Frauche and Ashleigh Good as lensed by photographer Ryan McGinley. Styled by Alastair McKimm in front of an elephant, these natural-looking babes pose in front of a raining, African themed set designed by Peter Klein.

EDUN’s New Talent – EDUN taps Danielle Sherman as their new Creative Director. Sherman has previously worked at Alexander Wang for its T line and co-founded The Row with Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen in 2005. A Los Angeles native, Sherman moved to New York in 2001 to pursue her design career. “We are so thrilled to have Danielle Sherman as our Creative Director for the brand. Coming from her success with two well-respected brands, Danielle brings her experience and strong design sensibility to EDUN,” says the brand’s founder Ali Hewson.
EDUN x Ryan McGinley – EDUN releases a limited edition t-shirt collaboration with a photograph of the African elephant lensed by Ryan McGinley. The African elephant is in danger of becoming extinct due to illegal ivory trading. Proceeds of the t-shirt sales will be donated via WildAid.org. The unisex t-shirts are available exclusively on EDUN.com in black or white for a limited time only and made from 100% Tanzanian Cotton.
Edun x Zanzibar – For the holiday season, Edun has teamed up with Zanzibar designer Doreen Mashika for a three-piece capsule collection. The range includes a leather thong sandal with gold-plated brass detail, a gold-plated brass and horn necklace; and bracelet both hand-made in Zanzibar. The collection is available on Edun.com now.
Birds of Prey – Edun once again enlists Ryan McGinley to capture its fall 2012 campaign highlighting not only the clothes, but also five birds including owls and a falcon. Inspired by Africa, the images evoke the warmth of the sun with three models posing alongside the birds in jungle-influenced prints on knitwear and tartan shirts. The spontaneous moments evoke the wild and carefree spirit of the Edun brand.
