Diane von Furstenberg’s fall 2011 outing opened with a crimson wave of models donning a strong pairing of red and black dresses and separates. As always, Furstenberg showcased her signature print work with playful designs found on jumpsuits and wrap dresses. The finale ended with a bang, featuring slinky sequined gowns.

Rich autumn colors of orange, brown and red hues dominate the pre-fall collection from Diane von Furstenberg. Experimenting with color and proportion the clothing features the designer’s signature pattern work and wrap dresses with above the knee cuts.

In addition to the line’s signature wrap dress, seventies inspired jumpsuits, hoods and pantsuits made an appearance on the runway–and once again–reaffirmed the von Furstenberg woman as one of bold confidence.
