The Shape of Fall – Jones Bootmaker continues with its minimal approach for the brand’s fall-winter campaign starring Marnie Harris. We featured the new face in a recent portrait series earlier this year. The blonde model poses in these studio images snapped by Ben Weller which highlight the new styles of the season. Ashley Hodge of Dalziel & Pow worked as art director for the advertisements while stylist Julia Sarr Jamois created the elegant ensembles. / Hair by Hailey Brisker, Makeup by Lotten Holmqvist
The Shape of Things to Come – For Rebecca Minkoff’s fall 2013 campaign, the brand taps Brazilian model Aline Weber for a set of experimental and playful images. The blonde poses for Ben Weller, appearing next to cursive text and graphic shapes. We suppose the decorative elements represent the contrast of the new season’s clothing which focuses on feminine silhouettes but also offers bold prints and menswear inspired cuts. Makeup artist Justine Purdue (Tim Howard Management) and hair stylist Mark Hampton worked on beauty for the shoot.
Shoe Girl – Anmari Botha fronts the spring 2013 campaign from shoe label Jones Bootmaker. With art direction by Ashley Hodge (Dalziel Pow) and photography by Ben Weller, Anmari looks laid-back yet elegant as she poses in the studio wearing platform shoes and printed bags styled by Naomi Miller. / Hair by Halley Brisker, Makeup by Lotten Holmqvist
The Sisterhood – Raf Simons draws inspiration from elite college life with Jil Sander’s pre-fall 2012 collection. Photographer Ben Weller captures models Katie Fogarty, Hanne Gaby Odiele, Karolina Mrozkova, Tilda Lindstam, Katya Konstantinova, Janice Seinen Alida and others in a common room setting where they study, play card games and chat. The collection has all the trappings of an ivy league wardrobe–cardigans, monogrammed sweaters, tweed skirts and lush coats all conjure up images of academic elegance for the new season.
Boom Bang-a-Bang – The latest issue of Ponystep takes a look at the fall-winter collections through a sixties’ lens with photographer Ben Weller and fashion editor Phoebe Arnold’s high octane, over twenty page shoot. Starring Xiao Wen, Valerija Kelava, Codie Young and India Farrell, the quartet gets into the studio for a showing of fabulous outerwear and dresses from the likes of Burberry Prorsum, Tom Ford, DSquared2 and Prada.
Great Deyn – For the latest edition of Twin Magazine, cover star Agyness Deyn takes on an androgynous western look in images photographed by Ben Weller. Donning a Stetson hat, Deyn wears pared down ensembles with a rugged touch styled by Celestine Cooney. Selects from the likes of Alexander McQueen, Jil Sander, JW Anderso and Prada give the model turned actress a romantic look of confidence.
Street Style – Ben Weller goes from the studio to the city streets for the summer issue of Bon Magazine. Working with stylist Zoe James, Weller captures Marique Schimmel in relaxed minimal ensembles from labels such as Maison Martin Margiela, Phillip Lim and Max Mara.
Fall Preview – After featuring the four covers yesterday, we now take a look at one of Bon Magazine’s main editorials for its summer issue. Lensed by Ben Weller, models Agnes Karlsson, Linnea Regnander, Jesper Larsson and Kristian Åkergren don pops of bright color from the fall collections courtesy of fashion director Marcus Söder.
Bonx4 – Bon’s summer issue features an autumn-winter preview with four covers shot by Ben Weller and styled by fashion director Marcus Söder. Starring Agnes Karlsson, Linnea Regnander, Jesper Larsson and Kristian Åkergren in colorful yet minimal garb, the summer edition of the Swedish publication already looks like a hit.
Ready for the fall in fur pieces from Commes des Garcons, Topshop, Maison Martin Margeiela and more, Jeneil Williams takes to the pages of Bon International’s latest issue in Yeah! Photographed by Ben Weller and styled by Marcus Soder, Jeneil dons a mix of under garments and lush fur in the studio spread.
